Notes on prices

Low season: 1 January to 28 May and 25 September to 31 December |

Mid season: 29 May to 25 June and 28 August to 24 September |

High season: 26 June to 27 August |
Prices are for 2010 bookings in euros per week. For weekend/mid-week rates, discounts for longer lets and booking both houses at the same time, please email owner to discuss. Electricity and water are included. Bedding: 8€/per person per week. Towels (2 hand + 2 bath): 8€/per person per week. Please note that the pool is available in the months of July to September in 2010.
Changeover day
The preferred changeover day is Saturday but when possible we are happy to be flexible. Arrival time from 4pm. Departure time by 10am.
Booking notes

A 25% deposit is required to secure the booking with the balance payable 8 weeks prior to arrival. A cautionary deposit of £150 or €150 in cash is required on arrival, against damage, returned on departure. Cancellation charges apply. |

A 'starter pack' of milk, juice, bread, butter, cheese and wine etc may be booked in advance (email owner for more details). |
